I am a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, USA, advised by Dr. Joanna Cecilia da Silva Santos. I am a graduate research assistant at the s2e-lab, working broadly in Software Security.
My research focuses on Software Engineering, Software Security, Code Generation, and Applied Machine Learning. You can find my publications on my Google Scholar profile.
I was a Ph.D. Software Engineer Intern at Meta in Summer 2025, where I worked with the WhatsApp Core Consumer Messaging Groups & Communities team, contributing to LLM applications for WhatsApp group chats.
I completed my Master’s in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Notre Dame in August 2024, shortly after defending my Ph.D. proposal.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in March 2021. I joined REVE Systems, where I contributed to enterprise software solutions for the Bangladesh Parliament.
During my undergraduate studies, I conducted Software Engineering research under the supervision of Dr. Anindya Iqbal, Professor at BUET, as part of my thesis.
Pro Bono Support for Bangladeshi Undergraduate Students
As part of my commitment to giving back to the community, I am offering pro bono services to help undergraduate students from Bangladesh navigate their academic careers, especially those interested in pursuing graduate studies and research opportunities in the USA. My focus is on guiding students interested in computer science and engineering.
If you'd like to discuss graduate study options, research opportunities, or receive guidance on applications, you can schedule an appointment using the link below. Although multiple slots are available on weekdays and weekends, I kindly ask that you try to choose a slot over the weekend or outside my office hours (9 AM to 6 PM) on weekdays. Due to time constraints, it is challenging for me to manage more than 5 to 6 hours per week for these sessions, so appointments will be approved based on my availability.
